The top shelf. Gold LEDs, hearts on every case, and the three that never leave the drive.

GAMER MOUSE The Soviet apex of artificial intelligence: a network that stores whole brains and keeps everyone’s thoughts on file. And the twins. Two ballerina robots, one the right hemisphere and one the left, dancing as a single mind. Beautiful. Gamer Mouse forgets to dodge every time they’re on screen.

GAMER MOUSE Absolutely adored. Colony survival with no bottom to the depth. Hand a pawn a chisel and read what they make: every sculpture hides a story, a raid survived, a friend lost, a wedding under the stars, the whole colony’s history carved into its art. Tonight’s masterwork: “Colonist weeping over a burnt meal.”

GAMER MOUSE Spreading managed democracy, one friendly-fire incident at a time. Installed and warm. Stratagem codes are muscle memory; the cape is non-negotiable.
Loot goes in, more loot comes out. Pandora, the moon, the Wonderlands, Tales, and 4.
GAMER MOUSE Where the loot shower started. Four Vault Hunters, one dusty Pandora, and a billion guns that each think they’re special.
GAMER MOUSE Handsome Jack is the best villain who ever insulted me through a radio. Bring friends, bring a shotgun that fires rockets, bring snacks.
GAMER MOUSE Pandora strapped to your face. Turns out ducking behind cover is harder when you’re this round.
GAMER MOUSE Low gravity on the moon, butt-slams from orbit. Jack’s origin story, told with oxygen tanks and bad decisions.
GAMER MOUSE Telltale’s detour turned out to be a gem. A con artist, a corporate climber, and a robot best friend who deserves the world.
GAMER MOUSE Twin cult streamers want to take over the galaxy. I want legendary drops. Only one of us is getting what they want.
GAMER MOUSE Tina runs the tabletop and the rules change when she’s grumpy. A fantasy shooter where the dungeon master is the final boss.
GAMER MOUSE A new crew, new grifts, and action figure fights that get way too competitive. The heart still beats under the jokes.
GAMER MOUSE A whole new planet with an open map, a grapple hook, and still no room in my backpack. Some traditions never die.
War. War never changes. The bombs fell after a long resource war between the US and China, and lately those pre-war newsreels sound a little too much like tonight’s headlines. From the isometric wastes to Appalachia, plus a vault you run from your pocket.
GAMER MOUSE The vault’s water chip broke and it’s your problem now. Isometric, brutal, and darkly funny from the very first rat.
GAMER MOUSE Bigger wasteland, weirder jokes, a talking deathclaw. Somehow the tribal village is the most normal place on the map.
GAMER MOUSE Squad tactics with power armor. Every bullet counts and every recruit is one bad roll from becoming a story.
GAMER MOUSE The console brawler cousin nobody asked about. Hack, slash, and loot your way through the wastes with a metal soundtrack.
GAMER MOUSE Stepping out of Vault 101 into the Capital Wasteland is one of gaming’s great sunrises. Megaton, the Lincoln Memorial, three dogs and a radio host.
GAMER MOUSE The courier got shot in the head and still has the best dialogue choices in the series. Factions, gambling, and a robot named Yes Man.
GAMER MOUSE Run your own vault from your pocket. Assign dwellers, fend off raiders, and pretend you didn’t just send Grandpa into the wasteland in his pajamas.
GAMER MOUSE Build a settlement, lose a son, find a dog. Then spend 80 hours crafting the perfect couch out of junk.
GAMER MOUSE The Commonwealth, life-sized. V.A.T.S. in your hands and a mirelurk way too close to your snout.
GAMER MOUSE Appalachia with other people in it. Camp building, nukes on silos, and a mothman who just wants to be friends.
Would you kindly press start. Rain on the porthole, a crooner on the radio, a 1960s noir case nobody asked you to solve, and a city that rewrote its own genes. Plasmids in the vending machine, ADAM in the veins: gene splicing with a cocktail menu. Rapture, the remasters, the city in the clouds, and both trips back under the sea.
GAMER MOUSE Would you kindly descend into Rapture? Art deco hallways, leaking ocean, and a twist that still smacks hard.
GAMER MOUSE Same drowned dream, sharper lights. The Big Daddies groan even louder in HD.
GAMER MOUSE You’re the Big Daddy now, drill in hand and a Little Sister on your shoulder. Rapture from the other side of the helmet.
GAMER MOUSE Brushed-up armor, same heartbreak. The Minerva’s Den story alone is worth the dive.
GAMER MOUSE A city in the sky, a girl who opens tears in reality, and a skyhook that makes every rooftop a rollercoaster.
GAMER MOUSE Back to Rapture before the fall, in full noir. Smoke, rain, a familiar face with a cigarette holder, and secrets under every table.
GAMER MOUSE Stealth through a city about to crack and tie every thread together. The ending loops right back to where it all began.
The Valkyrie picks the fallen. Lenneth, Silmeria, the Plume, and Elysium, all on the soundtrack shelf’s good side.
GAMER MOUSE A Norse goddess collects heroes at the moment they die, then trains them for Ragnarok. Every recruitment story is its own little tragedy.
GAMER MOUSE A princess shares her body with a Valkyrie. Combo-heavy battles where the timing feels like a drum solo.
GAMER MOUSE Tactics on the DS where you sacrifice your allies for power. Brutal, beautiful, and very hard on the feelings.
GAMER MOUSE The Valkyrie goes full action game. Fast combos, summoned heroes, and Odin acting suspicious as usual.
The series that took tabletop role-play, the party, the dice-roll drama, the campaign that runs past midnight, and put it in everyone’s head, then left them starving for the next one. Crystals, chocobos, sixteen numbers and not one of them final. Pixel Remasters through Rebirth, Tactics included, two more on the way.
GAMER MOUSE Four Warriors of Light and a pile of crystals. The one that started the whole legend, now sparkling in Pixel Remaster.
GAMER MOUSE Level up by doing, not by grinding XP. Get hit to get tougher. A strange experiment that still feels bold.
GAMER MOUSE Job system debut. Swap into knight, black mage, or dragoon and watch your party reinvent itself.
GAMER MOUSE Cecil’s dark knight to paladin arc is pure drama. Active Time Battle turned turns into a race.
GAMER MOUSE Mix and match jobs until your party is a ridiculous machine. Gilgamesh steals the show every time he appears.
GAMER MOUSE An opera house, a mad clown, and the world literally ending halfway through. One of the best stories ever told in sprites.
GAMER MOUSE Midgar, materia, a spiky-haired mercenary, and that scene. The game that made a generation cry into their controllers.
GAMER MOUSE Midgar rebuilt in glorious detail, plus Yuffie’s ninja side trip. Real-time combat that still respects the old ATB brain.
GAMER MOUSE The open world beyond Midgar, Queen’s Blood card games, and chocobo races. I forgot the main story existed for a week.
GAMER MOUSE Zack Fair’s story, polished up. Bring tissues for the final stretch; the slot-machine limit breaks won’t help.
GAMER MOUSE SeeD cadets, Triple Triad, and a love story wrapped in time compression. I spent half the game hunting cards.
GAMER MOUSE A storybook return to crystals and kings. Vivi’s little journey about what it means to be alive is the whole heart.
GAMER MOUSE Blitzball, Sin, and the laugh that launched a thousand memes. Then X-2 goes full pop-star costume change.
GAMER MOUSE Gambits let you program your party like a little army. Ivalice is huge and the hunts are endless.
GAMER MOUSE The corridor is long and the paradigm shifts are fast. Lightning and Snow argue all the way to the stars.
GAMER MOUSE Time-hopping across eras with a moogle sidekick. Monster collecting makes every battle a recruitment drive.
GAMER MOUSE The world ends in thirteen days and Lightning has a to-do list. Costume combat and a clock that never stops ticking.
GAMER MOUSE The MMO that came back from the dead and became a masterpiece. The story is so good I forgot I was grinding.
GAMER MOUSE A road trip with three best friends, a car, and campfire cooking. The photos Prompto takes are the real ending.
GAMER MOUSE Clive’s grim revenge with Eikon fights the size of mountains. The summons punch each other across continents.
GAMER MOUSE A war story about cadets who die for real. Darker and harsher than the usual crystal tale.
GAMER MOUSE Chess with politics, betrayal, and a church that’s definitely hiding something. Ramza deserved better.
GAMER MOUSE Chibi twins stack monsters on their heads and tour every Final Fantasy cameo. Cute and sneaky deep.
GAMER MOUSE A new Final Fantasy still on the way. The crystal is glowing; I’m keeping the snacks ready.
GAMER MOUSE More Final Fantasy VII on the horizon. Cloud’s story keeps finding new doors to kick in.
Outbreak protocol: gaming mode. The T-Virus slipped onto this shelf the way SV40 slipped into the world, hitching a ride on something nobody thought to check, and now it’s in every case. The PS1 originals caught it first, then the whole Steam run up to Requiem. Herbs mixed, ink ribbons hoarded, every door opened twice.
GAMER MOUSE The mansion, the dog through the window, the Jill sandwich. Survival horror starts here, with tank controls and ink ribbons I hoard like snacks.
GAMER MOUSE Raccoon City on its worst night ever. Leon’s first day goes about as well as mine on a Monday.
GAMER MOUSE Jill versus a giant who yells “STARS” and follows you everywhere. Running away is the main strategy.
GAMER MOUSE Claire and Chris on a prison island with the strangest villain twins in the series. Ink ribbons are precious.
GAMER MOUSE The remake of the mansion with crimson heads that get back up angrier. Burn the bodies. Seriously.
GAMER MOUSE Rebecca and Billy handcuffed together by fate on a zombie train. Leeches everywhere, item boxes nowhere.
GAMER MOUSE Leon in rural Spain, villagers with chainsaws, and a merchant who says “What are ya buyin’?” Iconic in every way.
GAMER MOUSE Chris and Sheva in the African sun, co-op shooting, and a boulder that gets punched. Yes, punched.
GAMER MOUSE Four campaigns, one disaster, lots of explosions. Action movie mode is fully engaged.
GAMER MOUSE A haunted cruise ship and Jill with a scanner. The tension of the old games on high seas.
GAMER MOUSE Claire and Barry’s daughter on an island prison. Episodic chills with a great co-op twist.
GAMER MOUSE First-person horror in a Louisiana farmhouse with the worst family dinner ever. Jack Baker will not let you leave.
GAMER MOUSE The remake that made Mr. X stomp down every hallway. I hid in the save room and didn’t come out for a while.
GAMER MOUSE Jill’s escape gets the remake treatment, and Nemesis is faster than me. Running shoes recommended.
GAMER MOUSE Ethan finds a castle and a very tall vampire lady. Werewolves, dolls, and a basement that gave me nightmares.
GAMER MOUSE The remake polishes everything and keeps the merchant. The knife parry is the best upgrade.
GAMER MOUSE The newest outbreak with Raccoon City memories bubbling back up. I’m already stocking herbs.
GAMER MOUSE The Veronica story coming back around. Claire’s island has a lot of reasons to stay locked.
Fog’s rolling in and the radio’s crackling. The town always calls back. P.T. stays on the shelf even though the hallway’s gone.
GAMER MOUSE Fog, a missing daughter, and a radio that screams static whenever something’s near. The town that taught everyone to fear empty streets.
GAMER MOUSE James got a letter from his dead wife. What he finds in town is a mirror he doesn’t want to look in.
GAMER MOUSE Heather’s mall trip goes horribly wrong. The Otherworld peels the walls off and shows the rust underneath.
GAMER MOUSE Locked in your own apartment with a hole in the bathroom wall. Home stops being safe.
GAMER MOUSE Travis the truck driver walks into town and immediately regrets it. The prequel with very breakable TVs.
GAMER MOUSE A soldier comes home to a town that hates him back. Pyramid Head drops in for a visit.
GAMER MOUSE A psych profile that changes the game as you play. No weapons, just running and very honest answers.
GAMER MOUSE A prisoner escapes into a town where the rain brings monsters. Bring an umbrella; it won’t help.
GAMER MOUSE A dungeon crawler where your old book rewrites your past. Strange, colorful, and very un-Silent Hill.
GAMER MOUSE A hallway that loops forever and a ghost named Lisa. Gone from the store, alive in every nightmare.
GAMER MOUSE The remake brings the fog back thicker. James’s walk through grief hits even harder up close.
GAMER MOUSE 1960s Japan, spider lilies, and a girl in a town turning to rot. Beautiful and horrifying at the same time.
GAMER MOUSE A new trip into the fog from a new team. The radio’s already crackling.
Don’t read anything out loud in this corner. The sunken city got a sequel, and the water’s higher.
“It was just a colour out of space—a frightful messenger from unformed realms of infinity beyond all Nature as we know it; from realms whose mere existence stuns the brain and numbs us with the black extra-cosmic gulfs it throws open before our frenzied eyes.”
H. P. Lovecraft, The Colour Out of Space (1927)
GAMER MOUSE Innsmouth hates you and lets you know it. That escape from the hotel is still one of the most frightening chases in games.
GAMER MOUSE A private eye takes a case on a cursed island. Sanity is a resource and I spend it like snacks.
GAMER MOUSE A flooded city full of fish-eyed locals and deductive puzzles. Detective work in the deep end.
GAMER MOUSE Back to Arkham, and the water’s even higher. The detective work just got very soggy and very scary.
GAMER MOUSE Lovecraft’s short story, retold in a moody first-person piece. Quick, eerie, and very very wet.
The memory-card vault. Fifteen blocks each, guarded with your life. The Dragoon lands the timed hits, and Norrath still needs the original console and a couch co-op buddy.
GAMER MOUSE Timed combo strikes, dragon armor transformations, and a story big enough for four discs. Every perfect Addition feels like a drumroll.
GAMER MOUSE Couch co-op dungeon crawling in EverQuest’s world. Loot drops galore and somebody always grabs the shiny bit first.
Every case on this shelf got played, and enjoyed all the way to the end. Catching creatures in Palworld. Riding a train out of the void in Voidtrain. And I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream, where a maddened machine keeps its last humans alive because tormenting them is the only way it copes with its own insanity. Those three sit up front with the all-time loves right behind them; the rest follow A to Z. Tap any case for the story.
GAMER MOUSE Catch them, name them, put them to work. Totally normal creature-collecting. Do not ask about the factory.
GAMER MOUSE A tram, a void, and a hammer. Ride it out of nowhere and patch the holes as you go.
GAMER MOUSE A maddened machine keeps its last humans alive just to cope with its own insanity. Company. Terrible, terrible company.
GAMER MOUSE Schrödinger’s cat, but you’re the one in the box. Is she alive? Are you? The loop scrambled my brain and I’d let it do it again.
GAMER MOUSE Dive by day, run the sushi bar by night, repeat forever. Pure happy-happy-joy-joy binge fuel. I’ve replayed it more than I’ll admit.
GAMER MOUSE Lay the first block, blink, and it’s a town. Lose yourself in the build and watch your colonists grow up into a whole society.
GAMER MOUSE The fastest way to make every friend suspicious of you. This one has ended more friendships than I can count. Sus? Never. Me? Always.
GAMER MOUSE Cute club, cute poems, cute… oh no. A spiral of pure blissful annihilation, in the finest way. Just Monika.
GAMER MOUSE Crash-land on an alien planet, build a factory, watch it spread across the map, and fight off the bugs who object. The factory must grow.
GAMER MOUSE Always second-guessing what the story’s hiding, and absolutely terrified of the next cave. I go in anyway. Every time.
GAMER MOUSE Lick things. Headbutt things. Ragdoll off a roof. Chaos-stirring fandom at its absolute finest.
GAMER MOUSE Dig graves, sell questionable meat, fix the church. The game that keeps on giving, with infinite replays in the tank.
GAMER MOUSE Scare yourself silly with friends and find out exactly how loud the one next to you screams. “I think that’s a nutcracker chasing us right now.”
GAMER MOUSE Basically watching IGP’s videos, but you’re in them: terrifying yourself while convincing everyone else you’re brave. Totally fine. Totally.
GAMER MOUSE Everyone’s played it, everyone loves it, you know what it’s about. Parsnips, friendship, one more day.
GAMER MOUSE The darkest happy game around. Mop the entrails off the walls, look the other way, take your paycheck at day’s end. Whistle while you work.
GAMER MOUSE A research lab where everything escaped and the scientists are the snacks. Craft a spear from office supplies and pray the vending machine still works.
GAMER MOUSE A city builder where it never stops raining and the Queen keeps sending you back out. Beavers, lizards and frogs, all demanding better housing.
GAMER MOUSE Adorable fluffballs start a riot and flatten entire cities. The bigger the mob gets, the cuter the destruction.
GAMER MOUSE Arrange plants, rocks and fish into tiny underwater worlds, then sell them. My paws aren’t made for tweezers but I persist.
GAMER MOUSE A cinema usher slips through reality into the yellow rooms. The hum of the lights gets into your teeth.
GAMER MOUSE A first-person roguelike dungeon crawl with friends. Somebody always steps on the trap, and somebody always laughs first.
GAMER MOUSE Zombies are the easy part. The real danger is the stranger who says “friendly” and eyes your beans.
GAMER MOUSE Space dwarves, glowing caves, and bug swarms by the thousand. Rock and Stone, brother. Did I hear a Rock and Stone?
GAMER MOUSE A grumpy genius on a junk planet makes every plan worse. Point-and-click puzzles with gloriously bad decisions.
GAMER MOUSE Turn-based tactics where every barrel, puddle and teleport is a weapon. Co-op turns into friendly betrayal fast.
GAMER MOUSE Survive a hand-drawn wilderness that wants you dead, together. Night falls, sanity drops, and something in the dark is hungry too.
GAMER MOUSE A cozy fishing trip where the fish are a little wrong and the fog brings worse. Get home before dark. Trust me.
GAMER MOUSE Capcom’s arcade D&D brawlers, spells and loot included. Quarter-munching joy, minus the quarters.
GAMER MOUSE Firefighting for profit, with ladders, axes and very questionable customer service. Save the grandma, ignore the burning couch.
GAMER MOUSE Co-op ghost hunting: figure out the spirit, run the ritual, banish it. Guess wrong and it gets personal.
GAMER MOUSE Tiny gnorps smash a giant rock for shards, and the numbers go up. Then they go up faster. Then I forget dinner.
GAMER MOUSE Social deduction, but everyone’s a goose and one of them is a duck. Honk once if you’re innocent.
